Anyone aged 65 and over gets 25% off onsite support and repairs, no need to ask. The discount applies to onsite work only; remote support and travel are charged at the standard rate. See our computer help for seniors page.

Common Questions

Do you remove and recycle e-waste?

Yes. Old computers, drives, monitors and peripherals can be taken away when we visit, and they are dealt with responsibly rather than sent to landfill. Any storage device is securely wiped first so nothing personal leaves your house readable.

How quickly can you help?

Same-day and next-day appointments are usually available. Remote support for software and internet problems is often possible immediately.

Do you support both Windows and Apple computers?

Yes. We work with Windows PCs, Apple Macs, iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets.

Can you recover my data from an old computer or phone?

Usually, yes. Files, photos and messages can often be pulled off an old or non-working device and moved onto your current one. If a drive has failed in a way that is beyond what we can do onsite, we can put you in touch with data forensic specialists who work at a deeper level.

We cover the Kāpiti Coast and Horowhenua, from Porirua in the south to Levin in the north. That includes Paekākāriki, Raumati, Paraparaumu, Waikanae, Peka Peka, Te Horo, Ōtaki and Levin. Remote support is available anywhere in New Zealand.
